We invite tourism businesses, transport service providers, caterers, food and beverage manufacturers, and handicrafts!
Hello friends!
In the first week of October 2022, the Estonian Rural Tourism Organization and the Dedoplistskaro Tourism Development Association are holding activities to improve the quality of tourism services in Dedoplistskaro within the framework of the project funded by the Development Fund of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia.
We are inviting you to participate in these events and learn how you can receive advice and support for improving your services and get a quality label for your business, which is an useful tool in also in marketing. During 2022/2023 there will also be organized a training program with the best Estonian and Georgian tourism experts. Most active businesses will be invited to the study visit to Estonia next spring.
On October 4, 12.30-16.00 – The launching event of the quality program; the opening-presentation of the project is planned with the participation of invited guests and local active tourism businesses, also the start-up businesses interested in tourism. It will be presented the program for improving the quality of tourism products at the event. (Address: Hotel Autograph, 65, Rustaveli Street, Dedoplistskaro)
On October 5, 10.15-14.00 – Training of quality program and criteria for interested tourism businesses, explanation of the process and the criteria for different types of services, the detailed quality criteria of tourist products will be presented to interested businesses

On October 6, 10.00-15.00 – A sample evaluation of tourism businesses will take place on the example of 2 local tourism businesses in Dedoplistskaro.
On all mentioned days, businesses will have the opportunity to receive advice and consultations from professionals.
On October 4, it is also possible to present the food/handicraft products of local businesses. For this, business owners, depending on the type of business, should provide us with small samples of the product, photos or other visuals to promote the local products until 3.10.2022.
Interested businesses can participate on all three days or only at the event that interests them most.
Free attendance and catering. The number of places is limited.
